OMG is a 45 minute workout using variety of high intensity, body weight exercises and a mixture of equipment. The workout will allow you to compete against yourself and push you to your maximum every single time you take part.
Each window of exercise involves alternating high intensity exercises for small periods of time, followed by short periods of rest. You body will be taken to a higher level of fitness at the same time as helping you burn calories and build endurance. This class will leave you feeling exhilarated and enable you to achieve the results you desire quickly.

Metafit - Tuesday 5.45pm – 6.15pm

The Metafit bodyweight training system aims to boost the metabolism and burn fat. You will also benefit from increased muscle tone, which you do not benefit from with a cardio activity, as well as increased stamina. Tabata – Thursday 7.15am – 8am
Tabata is a high intensity interval style workout that will take you to higher levels of fitness, helping you to burn calories and build endurance. Each window of time involves a high intensity exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. This small rest period let’s the individual recover enough between exercises to work to their maximum in each small window of time.
Tabata is an extremely effective and useful way of improving performance and achieving results. This class will leave you feeling exhilarated, setting you up for the day ahead and enable you to achieve the results you desire quickly. Tabata is a great class to supplement your existing training programme.
