Group fitness classes offer you encouragement and are an effective way to achieve your fitness goals. Our classes are a great way to meet like-minded and motivated people who share your goals as well as trying new training styles and techniques.
Choose from over 70 of Manchester’s most innovative exercise classes each week. Classes from high intensity cardio, strength and conditioning classes to low intensity, mind & body and martial arts classes.
To help you fit these into your busy schedule, classes are timed to last from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes and are spread throughout our opening times.
All our classes are included in gym membership offering you that little bit more. Whatever your age, fitness level or circumstances we have sessions to suit you.
