Whether you’re a beginner looking to improve your fitness and achieve your goals, a new mum looking to regain your pre pregnancy weight, returning to fitness after long term injury or illness or a serious fitness enthusiast looking for that next challenge, the Y Club Personal Trainers are here to help.

We help our clients achieve a healthy and sustainable weight loss, better tone and muscle strength, improved flexibility as well as renewed energy and well being. Our Personal Trainers are here to offer support, advice and guidance when training for specific events, such as triathlons. Working together can help you achieve a greater stamina and strength for events.

Clients receive a full fitness and health assessment as part of the initial session. It is our job to keep our clients motivated and focused towards achieving their goals. We do this by working with our clients to design a bespoke training program to meet the individual needs within the desired time frame. We are here to guide you through your workouts and to help you get the best results possible by offering more challenging and progressive sessions. We believe in making our clients feel comfortable as well as offering continual encouragement.

Our Personal Trainers are also qualified in nutrition so can help you achieve a healthy and balanced diet.

Reece Samuels

My goal is taking clients to that next level and leading them on the right path to achieving their goals. 

As your trainer I will deliver effective training plans and nutritional guidance that with hard work. and determination are guaranteed to enhance your physique, physical fitness and performance. Whether it’s for a sporting event, holiday or just for general day to day health and wellbeing, every session will be fun and creative to ensure you stay on top of your goals and reach your full potential.

My fitness background is quite well rounded. I train and compete in mixed martial arts and specialise in boxing, wrestling and strength and conditioning.

Over the years training and keeping a structured exercise routine has given me confidence and helped me build as a person in many ways,  am passionate about helping others feel great about themselves by delivery the right type of workouts and coaching needed to achieve results.

QUALIFICATIONS – CYQ Level 2 Fitness Instructor, CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Indoor Cycling Instructor, Metafit, Kettlebells, Level 2 Lifeguard & First Aid

SPECIALISATION – Body toning and fat loss, sport specific performance, fitness enhancement, boxing padwork and MMA conditioning, kettlebell training, nutritional advice, weight lifting, strength and conditioning.
