Some of our strength classes include:
Strength & Conditioning Circuit: A great workout focused on building your strength and fitness levels. In this class we use techniques such as squats, deadlifts and power cleans. A lot of exercises are based on pushing, pulling or lifting. Work all your body’s natural movements to create super effective dynamic exercises that will strengthen and tone your body whilst increasing your fitness levels. All levels are welcome to attend and this is a class not to be missed.
Kettlebells: Kettlebells are a great way to get an effective whole body functional workout in a relatively short period of time. Feel the amazing effect from a combination of both cardio and strength training and benefit from serious cardio workout without the boredom of cardio machines. Develop core strength, increase mental focus and strengthen every muscle from head-to-toe to develop a leaner more toned figure. Kettlebells strengthen the tendons and ligaments, perfect for long term injury prevention.
Core Conditioning: The core conditioning class is focusing on the core, legs & upper body. This class focuses on core and strength work, it is a high intensity class that can however be taken at your own pace. The core circuit offers body toning especially of the mid rift helping with fat loss, general fitness and strength building.
BodyShred: SHRED is the bespoke compound lifting and HIIT based class where calorie burn, performance, strength and conditioning are the results, by focusing on exercise disciplines including Speed, High-Intensity, Resistance, Endurance and Dynamics.
Lift & Tone: Lift & Tone is a mixture of strength and HIIT based interval training using equipment such as Kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells. The main focus of this class is to build strength, burn down that stubborn fat and boost your all-round confidence in the gym.
