MetaFit: The Metafit bodyweight training system aims to boost the metabolism and burn fat. You will also benefit from increased muscle tone, as well as increased stamina. Increased muscle mass speeds up the metabolism which means you can continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after you leave the class. Although results vary you can burn up to 900kals in one session and over the next 24 hours! All these benefits from a short, 30 minute workout!
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts can burn up to 500 calories in 30 minutes, featuring short bursts of maximum intensity followed by periods of rest. HIIT classes are a fantastic way to burn fat and improve your cardio fitness and muscle endurance.
Circuit Training: Our circuit training and bootcamp classes provide a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to increase your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Stations may include body weight exercises, weights, rope and tyres depending on the class you choose. Exercises may be modified to accommodate for all fitness levels.
