We help our clients achieve a healthy and sustainable weight loss, better tone and muscle strength, improved flexibility as well as renewed energy and well being. Our Personal Trainers are here to offer support, advice and guidance when training for specific events, such as triathlons. Working together can help you achieve a greater stamina and strength for events.
All our clients receive a full fitness and health assessment as part of the initial session. It is our job to keep our clients motivated and focused towards achieving their goals. We do this by working with our clients to design a bespoke training program to meet the individual needs within the desired time frame. We are here to guide you through your workouts and to help you get the
best results possible by offering more challenging and progressive sessions. We believe in making our clients feel comfortable as well as offering continual encouragement.
Our Personal Trainers are also qualified in nutrition so can help you achieve a healthy and balanced diet.
