Here at the Y Club you can choose from over 70 classes every week. Maybe you prefer classes such as Yoga or Pilates or maybe a more hi energy class such as Zumba®, Body Pump ®, Aerobics, Spin, Circuit Training or Combat. The Y Club also offers sporting activities such as Badminton, Volleyball, 5-a-Side Football and Basketball. Whatever your age, fitness level or circumstances we have sessions to suit you. You do not have to book for classes at the club.
The timetable also includes more specialist classes such as, Thai Boxing, Boxfit, Wrestling and Judo.
